I engaged Matt Wineera to market and sell my house in Parkvale, Tauranga earlier this year as I was moving overseas. I've bought and sold a number of homes over the years but have rarely found an estate agent as professional as Matt. He never gave up (in fact he slogged) and sold my house at a price I was happy with. He's a very "non pushy" person and made me relaxed during a really stressful time. Using a realestate agent is not a common occurrence for us because we don't move often. Our past experiences have not inspired our trust in the realestate industry and left us with the question "who is really working for who." Well, we found Matt and dammed glad we did so. The first agent ever to work just for us, putting us first, talking the property highlights up to clients not running it down to make a quicker sale, behind your back, and in amongst the frightening bits keeping us well informed of every twist and turn during the process with both our wishes and his advice seeing us through. Matt prefers to market properties by appointment viewing rather than open homes which I did wonder about at first but very quickly realized that you don't get all the tire kickers wasting your time, those who want to view do exactly that and Matt has the time to converse with each of them and truly show the property. We whole heartedly recommend Matt both as a person of integrity and a realestate agent to sell your property, especially if you want an agent to work "just for you."
