I engaged Matt Wineera to market and sell my house in Parkvale, Tauranga earlier this year as I was moving overseas. Matt prefers to market properties by appointment viewing rather than open homes which I did wonder about at first but very quickly realized that you don't get all the tire kickers wasting your time, those who want to view do exactly that and Matt has the time to converse with each of them and truly show the property. We whole heartedly recommend Matt both as a person of integrity and a realestate agent to sell your property, especially if you want an agent to work "just for you."
